Ann has over 25 years’ experience as a Community Nurse and qualified as a District Nurse 15 years ago. Is able to combine work in palliative care with District Nursing, thus maintaining competency in this field, including regularly updating tissue viability competencies – an area of specialism whilst studying for BSc. In addition, provides training and competency assessment for community nurses including syringe drives, medicines management, symptom control.

Able to provide Breach of Duty, Causation, Condition & Prognosis reports along with Quantum reports on behalf of the Claimant and Defendant.
